Larry Walker had 4 hits and 3 RBI at Minute Maid Field as the Chicago
Rastafarians beat the Detroit Iron Gloves by the count of 11 to 4.

Walker provided much of the offense.  He hit a single in the 4th inning, laced
a one-base hit in the 6th inning, tripled in the 8th inning and doubled with
all three runners coming home in the 8th inning.  Chicago finished with 14
hits while Detroit ended up with 7.  

The win went to Brad Lidge(5-2) who allowed 1 run in 3 innings. Brian
Fuentes(0-1) absorbed the loss in relief.  He allowed a few too many
baserunners giving up 6 hits and 4 walks in 2 innings.  

With this win, Chicago has a division leading 39-29 record.  They have been
5-5 lately.  With the loss Detroit now has a record of 37-31.
